GEK Terna’s Q1 2016 net profit grows 561 percent

Greek construction and energy group GEK Terna’s financial statements for the first quarter of 2016 which show that the group’s consolidated sales came to 281.9 million euros, compared to 227.1 million euros in Q1 2015, an increase of 24.1 percent.

The group’s EBITDA came to 72 million euros compared to 39.4 million euros, an increase of 82.7 percent. Positive developments in the construction division were cited as the key drivers behind the increase.
