Greece’s central government debt rose by 2.91 billion euros to 358.95 billion euros quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2018, from 356.03 billion euros in the previous quarter, the Finance Ministry's (MoF) debt bulletin showed on Wednesday.
