SYRIZA heading for big but maybe not conclusive win, exit polls suggest
The first round of exit polls, made public as polling centers closed at 7 p.m., indicate that SYRIZA will achieve a much larger margin of victory than expected but is not guaranteed to get a parliamentary majority.
The combined exit poll conducted by MRB, Alco, GPO, Marc and Metron Analysis suggested that SYRIZA would get between 35.5 and 39.5. The higher figure might give it a parliamentary majority and is considerable above the estimates in the final opinion polls.
