The Greek government is trying to wrap up its legislative activity before the summer break so that it can then focus on different tasks from September.

A raft of amendments was submitted to Parliament this week, much to the annoyance of the opposition parties. New Democracy walked out of the House on Friday in protest, as To Potami did a week earlier.
