Primary residences back in focus as Athens waits for recovery fund decision

Following another European Council teleconference during which no concrete decisions were reached regarding the coronavirus recovery fund, there is growing attention on the primary residence protection scheme, which is due to expire soon.

The call between European Union leaders resulted in an agreement that a recovery fund should be put together to help economies overcome the impact of Covid-19, but the size of the reserve and the way it will work are up for further discussion.
