Travel receipts drop 9.2 pct in Aug, dragging balance down 10.6 pct

Greece's travel receipts fell for the fifth straight month in August, when they declined at an accelerating pace of 9.2 percent from a 3.5 percent fall in July, Bank of Greece (BoG) figures showed on Monday.

The 8-month travel surplus retreated 8.8 percent to 8.43 billion euros.
