The recovery of the Greek economy is expected to restart this year, largely on the back of improving consumer and investor sentiment, the European Commission (EC) noted in its spring economic forecasts published on Thursday.
Commenting on the primary surplus of 4.2 percent of GDP in 2016, the Commission stressed that the composition of the fiscal consolidation was broadly balanced.
