Greek employers struggling to fill positions with right people

Almost three in five Greek employers are reporting difficulty in filling positions with people with the right talents, the highest rate since 2008, according to the ManpowerGroup’s 10th annual Talent Shortage Survey (pdf).

Published this week, the survey indicated that 59 percent of Greek employers are struggling to fill positions with the right people, which is an increase of 17 percentage points on last year.
