Greece failed to improve economic competitiveness in 2014, WEF report shows

After an improvement in the preceding two years, Greece’s competitiveness remained stable in 2014, according to the Global Competitiveness Report 2015-16 published by the World Economic Forum (WEF) on Wednesday.

Greece’s stage of development is similar or close to that for advanced economies in terms of health and primary education, higher education and training, technological readiness, market size, and infrastructure.
