In his first press briefing since being appointed as the government’s new spokesman, Yiannis Economou revealed on Thursday that a new framework aimed at limiting the spread of Covid in the autumn would be presented next week.
However, the local media also focussed on what could be gleaned from Economou’s words regarding political developments later this year following an unusually turbulent period for the New Democracy administration over the last few weeks.
