KINAL launches leadership contest to settle internal disquiet ahead of elections
As Greece’s main political parties gear up for what is widely seen as an extended election campaign, centre-left KINAL, currently third in the polls, has announced the dates for its leadership elections in December.
The party has been led by Fofi Gennimata since 2015, when it was still in its former guise of PASOK. The next leader will be the one to lead the party into national elections, whenever those take place.
