As Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis steps up his efforts to woo voters ahead of the elections, SYRIZA leader Alexis Tsipras has insisted that a government can be formed after the first vote, negating the need for a second ballot where the winning party would be boosted by a 50-seat bonus.
