Polls indicated support for two main parties growing as start of elections marathon looms

It is widely believed that there are just two weeks of parliamentary activity left before the House is dissolved so that elections can be held on April 9, prompting an ever-growing focus on what opinion polls suggest is likely to happen in the coming weeks.
