The government is bracing itself for a major demonstration in Athens by farmers following an inability to satisfy the agricultural sector’s demands, but one of New Democracy’s main opponents, SYRIZA, is in danger of imploding in the meanwhile as the leadership of Stefanos Kasselakis continues to encounter serious problems.
