A week after the catastrophic wildfire singed the outskirts of Athens, PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis visited the affected areas to launch a ten-point reconstruction plan. Opposition parties say they have heard it all before and accuse the government trying to shift the blame for the conflagration.
Mitsotakis visited the suburb of Penteli with a delegation of ministers and regional government officials on Tuesday, a week after a wildfire burned through nearby streets, destroying homes, businesses and public buildings.
