Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has presented a long-anticipated and much-advertised set of tax cuts aimed at setting his ruling New Democracy party on course for a third parliamentary majority after witnessing a decline in support over the last few months.
The conservative leader also insisted that he has no plans to change the electoral law to make it easier for his party to secure what would be a record third consecutive majority when the next national vote, due in 2027, is held.
