SYRIZA leader Alexis Tsipras’s plans to sway voters by making the fight against corruption, and links between politics and business, have been hit hard this week after the emergence of what appears to be a scandal involving former State Minister Alekos Flambouraris, one of his closest advisors.
It emerged this week that a construction company Flambouraris was involved in signed a 3.9-million-euro contract with the Peloponnese Regional Authority in May, when he was part of the cabinet.
