Tsipras rallies ministers and MPs before multi-bill arrives
The multi-bill containing the measures the government has agreed with the lenders is due to be submitted to Parliament next week, amid efforts by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras to ensure that there are no second thoughts from coalition MPs.
The draft legislation is due to be ready by May 10, allowing the vote to take place once Tsipras returns from an official visit to China on May 16. Reports today suggest that the vote will be held by May 20 at the latest.
