Skopje first stop for Kotzias in effort to settle Balkan issues

Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias is launching an effort to resolve a number of lingering issues between Greece and countries in the Western Balkans.

He is scheduled to visit Skopje on Thursday for talks with his counterpart, Nikola Dimitrov, who was in Athens a few days after being appointed foreign minister the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM).
