The government came under attack on multiple fronts towards the end of this week as the opposition steps up its attempt to inflict damage on the coalition.

The most serious accusations against the coalition were levelled on Thursday, when Parliament held a debate on the draft law for the Thriasio freight terminal, which is due to be built west of Athens.
