Despite complaints from the opposition that it is not doing enough to support the economy and the possibility of more restrictions on people’s movement being adopted in the coming days, the government continues to enjoy strong support for the way it is handling the coronavirus crisis.
An opinion poll by Interview published on Wednesday indicated that 87 pct of the 1,200 respondents approve of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis’s decisions, although 37 pct would like to see stricter limitations on movement.
