As Greece enters the second phase of easing lockdown restrictions, there is growing concern in the government about outdoor gatherings drawing scores of people to squares in major cities.

While some have attributed a political flavour to the events, there are hints that the evidence of growing restlessness could be prompting a rethink around the timing of some of the exit steps.
