The Greek non-seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate stood at 18.7 percent in the fourth quarter (Q4) of the year, edging up from the rate of 18.3 percent noted in Q3, Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) figures showed on Thursday.
