Greek primary cash surplus up to 3.1 bln in September but state arrears also rise
The Greek general government (gg) primary cash surplus improved to 3.14 billion euros in the 9-month period of 2014 from 1.86 billion last year, a 69 percent year on year (YoY) rise, according the bulletin published by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) on Thursday.
