CPI up by 1.4 pct in July as higher fuel prices and cost of electricity filter through
Greece’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 1.4 percent year-on-year (YoY) in July, accelerating from the 1 percent rise in June, according to the latest data from the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) released on Monday.
The average CPI for the rolling 12 months fell by 1.3 percent. Month-on-month, the CPI for June rose by 0.9 percent.
