Primary cash deficit reduced to 5.72 bln in Sept as revenues climb

Greece’s central government recorded a primary cash deficit of 5.72 billion euros up to September, from a deficit of 7.12 billion euros last year, according to figures released by the Bank of Greece on Monday.

The overall cash deficit came to 11.15 billion euros, from 12.86 billion euros in the same period of 2020.
