Property prices rise again in Q4 2021, taking full-year increase to 7.1 pct

The rise in the nominal value of apartments in Greece accelerated to 9.1 percent year-on-year (YoY) in the last quarter of 2021, from an upwards revised 8.3 percent in the third quarter, Bank of Greece (BoG) data released on Tuesday showed.
This is the highest annual increase in property prices in Greece since the series was available back in 2007.
