Industrial turnover rises 17.7 pct YoY in Jan, but falls sharply MoM at home and abroad

Greece’s industrial turnover remained strong in January, rising by 17.7 percent year-on-year (YoY), from 16.6 percent in December, according to data released by the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) on Monday.

However, the index has been posting much more modest growth in recent months, a far cry from the increase of 42.4 percent in August.
