Building permits up 5 pct in 2022, moderating from 26.6 pct rise in previous year
Building permits closed last year on a growth trajectory thanks to a rise of 16.1 percent year-on-year (YoY), after an increase of 9 percent in November, according to the latest data released by the Hellenic Statistical Agency (ELSAT) on Tuesday.
The total number of permits issued in December reached 2,519, from 2,170 in December 2021.
