Economic sentiment improves by almost 2 pts in Apr, consumer confidence dips
Greece’s economic sentiment (ESI) recorded an improvement in April, rising by 1.8 points to 108.8, after falling by 0.9 points in March, according to European Commission figures released on Thursday.
Sentiment has been improving in five of the last six months. However, the index remains below the value of 114 points of February 2022 when economic sentiment had fully recovered from the decline during the pandemic.
