Unemployment unchanged at 11.8 pct in Q1, sharp fall in long-term jobless
Greece’s non-seasonally adjusted quarterly unemployment rate stayed virtually unchanged in Q1 this year, rising to 11.8 percent, from 11.9 percent in the previous quarter, Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) figures showed on Thursday.
The jobless rate in the first quarter of 2022 was 13.8 percent.
