Hiring balance for 7M reaches record despite first negative July reading since 2019

Greece’s employment balance in July turned negative by 8,294 more departures than hires, according to data from the Labour Ministry’s Ergani information system.
The hiring balance in July last year was 2,999 more hires, suggesting a year-on-year deterioration of 11,293 jobs.
