Despite moderation in June, H1 hiring balance up by 34,290 jobs YoY

Greece’s employment balance moderated in June, with 23,961 more hires than departures, according to data from the Labour Ministry’s Ergani information system.
The hiring balance in June last year saw 28,761 more hires, a year-on-year drop of 4,800 jobs as seasonal hires took place in previous months and the balance had grown strongly already.
