Final Nov budget data reaffirms solid finances as underspend boosts primary surplus
The budget primary balance was confirmed at a surplus of 12 billion euros in November, compared to a surplus of 5.83 billion euros in the same period a year earlier, according to the final Finance Ministry (MoF) budget execution data released on Friday.
Up to November, the budget primary balance outperformed by 2.1 billion euros of the revised targets post final 2025 budget submission.
