Deposits rise to 224.43 bln, with 2.97 bln inflow in Aug
Private sector deposits grew in August, with a net inflow of 2.97 billion euros, after a drop of 2.01 billion euros in July, according to the latest Bank of Greece (BoG) figures released on Friday.
The annual growth in August was 9.3 percent year on year (YoY), from 8.9 percent in the preceding month.
