Apartment prices fall at slower rate of 7 pct in Q3

The rate of decline in apartment prices slowed for the fifth straight quarter to 7 percent in Q3 2014 from a revised 7.7 percent in Q2, according to the Bank of Greece (BoG).

Nevertheless, the Q2 headline figure indicates the twenty-third successive negative reading since Q1 2009.
