Central gov't cash surplus rises to €3 bln in October despite drop in revenues
Greece’s central government primary cash balance posted a surplus of 3 billion euros in the 10-month period from deficit of 3.42 billion last year, according to the Bank of Greece (BoG).
This implies a fiscal consolidation of more than 6.4 billion year on year (YoY).
