Apartment prices drop 0.6 pct in Q4 and 2.2 pct overall in 2016
Apartment prices in Greece dropped at a decelerating pace of 0.6 percent in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2016, following a decline by 1.5 percent in Q3, Bank of Greece (BoG) data showed on Thursday.
The headline figure for Q4 is the slowest drop rate since Q1 2009, when the apartment prices index fell for the first time.
