Office prices rebound 0.6 pct in 2016 for first time since 2010, retail space prices edge down 0.4 pct
The office prices in Greece edged up 0.2 percent from the previous period in the second half (H2) of 2016, after an upward revised stronger growth of 0.6 percent in H1, Bank of Greece (BoG) data revealed on Thursday. The headline figure indicates the second straight positive reading.
The year on year (YoY) comparison showed the office price index rose at an accelerating pace of 0.7 percent in H2 from 0.5 percent in H1.
