CPI remains unchanged in April
Greece’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) remained unchanged in April after a decline in prices of 0.2 percent in March, Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) data showed on Thursday.
Last year was the first where there was a consumer price rise after four years of deflation. The positive streak was interrupted by January’s headline figure of -0.2 percent, which was the first negative reading since November 2016.
