Industrial turnover up by 3.4 pct in March, positive for third month

Greece’s industrial turnover increased by 3.4 percent in March after February’s growth was revised upward to 3.9 percent, Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) data published on Monday showed. The latest figure means that the index has remained positive for three straight months after the negative reading of December 2017. 

The latest indicator as of April showed that industry confidence improved by 2.1 points month-on-month to -1.2, staying negative for a second month.
