Eurosystem funding falls by 978 mln in Nov, banknotes increase for fourth month

November’s figure was driven by a drop of 859 million in Emergency Liquidity Assistance (ELA) funding to 2.71 billion. At the same time, European Central Bank (ECB) funding fell by 119 million to bring the total to 9.52 billion.
