Travel balance falls by 45.6 pct in Dec but rises by 9.6 pct in 2018 as visitors top 30 mln
Greece’s travel balance fell by 45.6 percent in December following a rise of 73.5 percent in November, Bank of Greece (BoG) data has shown.
Receipts came to 265.8 million euros for the month, increasing by 40 percent year-on-year (YoY). Travel payments also rose by 53.2 percent and came to 252 million.
