Current account deficit widens in March due to deteriorating goods trade balance
Greece’s current account (C/A) deficit accelerated to 1.5 billion euros in March, from 990.4 million in February, Bank of Greece (BoG) figures showed on Tuesday.
In the same period last year, the deficit stood at 1.15 billion euros, suggesting a year-on-year (YoY) deficit increase of 352 million euros.
