Credit growth in April marks first two successive months of expansion since 2010
Credit movement in the Greek private sector increased by 0.3 percent in April, from a rise of 0.1 percent in March, Bank of Greece (BoG) figures showed on Friday.
The outstanding balance stayed at 147.70 billion euros. The increase in credit to the private sector approached the last rise seen in November 2010 at 0.5 percent before dropping into negative territory in all of the following years.
