Just a few days after coming to office, the new government is aiming to take advantage of the positive sentiment in the markets by tapping investors with a 7-year bond.

The move comes as the institutions remain firm on the need for Greece to meet its fiscal targets, regardless of whether New Democracy wants to adopt a different policy mix than SYRIZA.
