European Commission's DSA reveals serious concerns over debt sustainability, need for relief

The updated debt sustainability analysis (DSA) was included in the compliance report of the second programme review published by the European Commission (EC) on Friday afternoon.

The DSA examines four scenarios and concludes that the resulting high debt and gross financing needs (GFN) ratios “point to serious concerns regarding the sustainability of Greek public debt”.
