The European Stability Mechanism board of directors approved on Thursday the disbursement of the remaining 800 million euros in bailout loans as talks concerning the third review progressed in Athens.
The ESM confirmed that the Greek government had overperformed in respect to the target of settling 1.2 billion euros of arrears. This allows another 800 million euros to be transferred to an account that is dedicated to the clearance of arrears.
