Marked rise in expenditure leads to a budget primary deficit in Nov

Greece’s budget primary balance turned to a deficit of 184 million euros in November following an impressive performance in the previous month when it showed a surplus of 1.46 billion, the Finance Ministry (MoF) preliminary budget figures showed on Tuesday.
