What the latest set of prior actions mean for home foreclosures
The second draft bill containing prior actions requested by Greece’s lenders is due to be voted on in the Greek Parliament late on Wednesday.
The final bill includes only the two measures referred to in the eurozone statement, namely the adoption of the Code of Civil Procedure (CCP) and the transposition of Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD).
